Acording to Article 6 of the Law on Energy Efficiency the Government of Montenegro has obligation to adopt the annual Energy Efficiency Operational Plan of Public Administration Institutions. Energy Efficiency Operational Plan shall set forth:
- measures to be implemented where the public administration institutions operate;
- dynamics and methodology of implementation of measures and
- required resources for implementation of measures, sources and methods for providing sources.
