The Government of Montenegro has received a loan in the amount of 6 million euros from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) in order to finance the second phase of the project “Energy Efficiency in Montenegro”. The aim of the Project is to improve energy efficiency in health sector buildings and to develop and demonstrate a sustainable financing model.
Part of the proceeds of this loan is intended for the improvement of energy characteristics of the objects: General hospital Bar and Health center Ulcinj. Invitation for bids is published and the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Health invite interested consulting companies to submit bids.
