The following EE measures were implemented::

• Joinery was replaced
• Waterproofing of the flat roof was performed and evaporator was installed
• Gutters were replaced and metal flashings were removed and installed
• Thermostatic radiator valves were installed
• Automatic regulation related to operation of the boiler was performed
