The following EE measures were implemented:

• Joinery was replaced
• The accompanying construction and specialist trades were performed during the replacement of joinery, as follows; masonry works, painting works etc.
• Works on reconstruction of the boiler room were performed, as follows: masonry works, carpentry, facade, roof covering, insulation, painting works etc.
• Boiler room was reconstructed (new boilers were installed with supporting equipment)
• Thermostatic radiator valves were installed on all radiators in the hospital
• System of solar panels was installed
• Electrical works were performed, as follows: electrical works in the boiler room and compensation of reactive energy
