The following EE measures were implemented:

• Joinery was replaced
• Thermal insulation of facade was installed
• Sheet-metal work was performed
• Thermal insulation was installed on the ceiling of the last floor of the building
• Luminaries were installed in all rooms where the replacement of suspended ceilings was performed.
• All related construction and specialists trades during the works were performed on the facade, as follows: replacement of gutters, sheet-metal work, tiling works, painting works etc.
• New boiler room was built and new heating boilers with necessary additional equipment were installed
