Ministry of Economy announces invitation to tender for reconstruction of the kindergarten "Naša radost" in Herceg Novi. The reconstruction shall be implemented under the “Energy Efficiency Program in Public Buildings”- Phase II.
The Phase II of the "Energy Efficiency Program in Public Buildings", implemented by the Ministry of Economy in cooperation with KfW, includes application of the energy efficiency measures in educational facilities, under jurisdiction of the Ministry of Education, social care facilities under jurisdiction of the Ministry of Labour and Social welfare and administrative buildings, under jurisdiction of the Public Property Authority.
The objective of the program is improvement of the energy efficiency, optimisation of energy use and increase of the comfort of the users.
The program has been financed from the loan and grant, provided by KfW bank, in the amount of 22,743 million EUR, part of which shall be used for reconstruction of the kindergarten "Naša radost" in Herceg Novi.
Tender documents can be purchased until 12 November 2018, deadline for submission of the bids is 5 December 2018.
