Consultant for detailed energy audits, project design, performing technical monitoring and evaluation and performing supervision on works for facilities that will be retrofitted under MEEP 2 project
The Government of Montenegro has received a loan in the amount of 6 million euros from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) in order to finance the second phase of the project “Energy Efficiency in Montenegro”. The aim of the Project is to improve energy efficiency in health sector buildings and to develop and demonstrate a sustainable financing model.
Part of the proceeds of this loan is intended for the for the payment of the Consultant for detailed energy audits, project design, performing technical monitoring and evaluation and performing supervision on works for facilities that will be retrofitted under MEEP 2 project. Request is published and the Ministry of Economy and the Ministry of Health invite interested consulting companies to submit bids.
