The Government of Montenegro has received a € 6.5 million loan from the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) in order to finance the project “Energy Efficiency in Montenegro”. The project aims to improve energy efficiency in educational and healthcare facilities and to increase the public awareness related to energy efficiency measures.

Part of the proceeds of this loan is intended for the payment of the contract for the technical monitoring & evaluation consultant for Student Dormitory Podgorica and objects from II sets  (schools: HS Cetinje; HS ivan Uskokovic, Podgorica; PS Bosko Strugar, Ulcinj; PS Radomir Mitrovic, Berane; PS Luka Simonovic, Niksic and hospitals: GH Bijelo Polje, SH Risan; SH Brezovik). The Advertisement for submitting Expressions of interest was published and the Ministry of Economy and Ministry of Education and Sport and Ministry of Health invite interested consulting companies to submit the Expressions of interest.
