The following EE measures were implemented:

• Joinery was replaced  
• Thermal insulation of facade was installed  
• Thermal insulation was installed on the ceiling of last floors of the building
• All accompanying construction and specialists trades were performed during the works on the facade, as follows: replacement of gutters, sheet-metal work, painting works etc.
• New circulation pumps with variable speed drives were installed
• Installation of thermostatic radiator valves on all radiators in all pavilions of the hospital etc.
• Compensation of reactive energy was performed
