The following EE measures were implemented:

• Joinery was replaced
• Thermal insulation of facade was installed
• Thermal and hydro insulation were installed under the roof
• New sun shades were installed
• Gutters were replaced
• A part of the roof covering was replaced
• New central boiler for preparation of hot, sanitary water with supporting equipment is installed
• Thermostatic radiator valves were installed
• Modernization of temperature regulation in the heating system is performed
