The Government of Montenegro has received financing from the World Bank toward the costs of the ‘’Montenegro Energy Sector Decarbonization Project’’ (MESDP). The project total costs are €33.8 million, and it will be financed through an IBRD loan of €31.0 million and counterpart co-financing of €2.8 million. The Government intends to apply part of these proceeds to the payments for Consulting services for the “Consultant for the preparation of Technical documentation (Detailed Energy Audit, Technical Design and Technical Monitoring and Verification) and Work supervision services for the implementation of the Component 1” of the project. The Ministry of Energy and Mining through the Technical Service Unit (TSU) now invites eligible Consultant to indicate their interest in providing above services.
