We inform the public that on September 25, 2024, the public hearing on the documents Environmental and Social Management Framework (ESMF), Stakeholder Engagement Framework (SEF) and Environmental and Social Commitment Plan (ESCP), was completed. The invitation was open for 15 days, and on September 25, 2024, the presentation of the above-mentioned documents was held, starting at 10 a.m., in the premises of the Ministry of Energy, meeting room (number 29) on the 2nd floor, street: Rimski trg 46, Podgorica.
After harmonizing the documentation with the comments received during the Public Consultation period, the World Bank gave no objection to them.
